On our second visit we received a complimentary champagne bottle and fruit - which was unexpectedly delightful. we got tickets over lunch time for that same evening and everything was very well organised. The hotel services like Laundry and ticket booking are splendid, with the service shining bright once again. It has a Nespresso machine and kettle which makes it quite convenient. There's all the big hotel chain things you'd expect and I even the smallest room is quite decently sized.

The bathroom is fully equipped with Molton Brown toiletries and it's just great. Mattress is quite nice and pillows are awesome. Then we have the rooms which are very well decorated, clean and very cosy. It also has a solarium (which I didn't get to use). Small geeky detail is you can personalise the environment with music from your phone - top notch! The gym is also very well taken care of and even though small has everything you need to work out. The facilities are also great, and despite it doesn't have a swimming pool or jacuzzi, it has a great spa area with scented showers, sauna and Hammam (steam bath), which you can book for you or your group. The menu for the room should be a bit more varied but apart from that, the quality and doses are great and well priced. The food is very good quality and the restaurant is open 24h with room service. We stayed when it was only weeks old and coming back a few months later we can see the improvements by the day. I hope you will not consider this feedback as a criticism, but as a well-intentioned suggestion for improvementĠ.85km from Restaurant Aznavour We've been twice and the hotel is gaining more and more character. In summary, we would not come, if we knew about all mentioned above. Apart of that, pretty old and uncomfortable beds and worse furniture made our stay even less pleasant. But, investing in renovation would be even better option. As a first aid, a fairly detailed cleaning would help, at least for apartment 35. Marks of wather leaking on the ceiling and walls could be seen. This applays for all rooms and kitchen within apartment, but for coridors and stairs as well. It looks like it has not been cleaned for a months. But not very clean and with smell of dust and dirtyness. The large, four rooms apartment, with two bathrooms, even sauna. Howewer, there are a plenty room for improvement as well.

Location of the hotel is also very convinient. 1.07km from Restaurant Aznavour Dear Hotel Team, During our four days staying, the staff made very positive impression.
